Communication is Important; Now you can reply to your customers once they leave a review.
This will help also in boost your business and be good for marketing and customer support.
How do I respond to a customer's review?
1. After the user leaves his rating for any product, you will receive a notification in the admin panel that you have received a new comment.
2. Open and Go to review in admin, write your answer in the appropriate field and activate the review.
Note: As admin you can still modify or edit the text and number of stars.
