We tried to contact their customer service to get a clear view of how much really the charges are but it is very impossible to contact them.
We tried all the possibilities such as email, phone calls, chat, text, and other means of communication no one will assist us and we tried it not only once, twice but multiple times. So stay out of BPI for your Adsense Payout. Normally Adsense Payout sent it via wire transfer.
We tried PS bank; It takes more than 20 days to payout but there are chances that you will not get your payout. We tried to contact customer support but then they do not understand where the money comes and they need tons of documentation which is not possible for you to get if you are an Adsense user. The only one you can get for Adsense is the wire transfer reference number (which you can find in your Income payout area) but the PS bank does not know what we are talking to. Perhaps Adsens is not that common in the Philippines or perhaps the customer service did not get what I talking about (Google Adsense).
We tried also CIMB Bank Philippines and we totally lose our payout ( we did not get our money at all ). They said they do not have capabilities for wire transfers (International fund/ only local they have). We give up on this bank for follow-up. It took us more than a month to follow up but in the end, we give up. All customer service we have spoken to have different answers to our inquiry and based on our experience each of them put different alibies and bluff answers. So, we give up on CIMB bank Philippines (Not recommended at all)
